- Click on ‘Start’, go to ‘Run’
- In the ‘Run’ box type “gpedit.msc” (do not include quotes). The “Group policy editor” opens. In the group Policy Editor go to:
- Local Computer Policy
- Then, Computer Configuration
- Next, Administrative Templates
- Now, Network
- Then, QOS Packet Scheduler
- Finally, Limit Reservable Bandwidth
- Now click on Limit Reservable bandwidth
- Enable and activate Reservable bandwidth
- Next, set it to ‘ZERO’
