Computer Tips – Add one or multiple animation on text or objects in Power Point 2010

Animation always seizes your attention and arise interest. Animations add emphasis upon certain things and reduce boredom thereby withholding the interest intact all through the presentation. Applying animation on text or objects in Power Point 2010 would also help it to control flow of information. While detailing a definite point, by adding animation you can hold the interest of the audience and do not let them get distracted by next points. Adding animation on text or object in Microsoft Power Point 2010 is quite an easy task.
Animation can be applied to text, shapes, tables, pictures, etc. You can apply one or multiple animation to one object. Perform the following computer tips to apply animation to text or objects in your Power Point 2010 presentation.
Instructions for applying Single Animation:
- Open the necessary Power Point Presentation where you prefer to apply animation
- Highlight or Select the preferred text or object to be animated
- In “Animation” Group, click on the Animation tab to apply your preferred animation
- To browse more Animation Styles, click on the Red Highlighted Button
- Once clicked, an array of different animation styles is seen to be listed under the categories of Entrance, Exit, Emphasis and Motion Paths. For accessing detailed animation select “More” options
In order to apply “Multiple” animations, to a single text or object perform the following steps:
- Firstly, click the animation tab
- Click ‘More Animation’ within the “Advanced Animation” Group
- From the list of Animations that opens apply your preferred one
