Whenever you revisit the stored cookie is used to recognize you. It keeps an account of your name, site login password, favorites and preferences, shopping cart info, and many such minute details. It enables you to enjoy a faster and more pleasant experience while surfing the internet. The cookie is created with the browser being set as default and opens automatically when you connect to the internet. But at times you may need to enable cookies when any sites are required to be visited quite often.

But again a user, e.g., Internet Explorer browser surfer must know where in the cookies can be stored and available for extensive use. Following are few computer tips that allow you to visit the cookies in Internet Explorer 4, 5, 6 and 7.
- Open Internet Explorer browser interface and select “Tools” from the menu bar.
- Click to select “Internet Options”.
- Select the “General” Tab.
- Under the browsing history option, click on the “Settings” button.
- Finally select “View files” button and view all your stored Internet Explorer cookies.
