Computer Tips – Shortcut keys for Mozilla Firefox

Mozilla-FirefoxToday in this busy world all the works are done in a prompt and swift manner. Hereare a few computer tips for an array of keyboard shortcuts for accessing Mozilla Firefox at a faster speed.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Press the keys for shortcut Description
Alt then Home To navigate to home page
Alt then Left Arrow To back a page
Backspace To back a page
Alt then Right Arrow To forward a page
F5 To refresh current page, tab, or frame
F11 Full screen display of the current website. Press again to exit this mode
Esc To stop page or download from loading
Ctrl then Enter To complete an address fast. Type igennieblogs in the address bar, press CTRL + ENTER and get http://www.igennieblogs.com
Shift then Enter To complete a .net in place of a .com address
Ctrl then Shift then Enter To complete a .org address
Ctrl then Shift then Del To open the Clear Data window to clear private data rapidly
Ctrl then D To add a bookmark for the page currently opened
Ctrl then I To display available bookmarks
Ctrl then J To display the download window
Ctrl then N For opening a New browser window
Ctrl then P For printing current page / frame
Ctrl then T For opening a new tab
Ctrl then F4 or Ctrl then W To close the currently selected tab
Ctrl then Shift then T To undo the close of a window
Ctrl then Tab To move through each of the tabs that are open
Spacebar To move down a page at a time
Shift then Spacebar To move up a page one at a time
Alt then Down arrow To display all prior entered text in a text box and available options.
